Commercial Virtual Remodeling

Outdated Warehouse to Modern Appeal

This is one of our favorite virtual remodels for the simple yet drastic change in appearance of this commercial space. We updated the paint, garage doors, and signage, which make it stand out and appear more welcoming. Sometimes, it’s the little things that make a big difference!

Empty Pasture to Thriving Business

There’s so much potential in a wide-open space like this undeveloped lot. Our virtual remodel showcases how it can be used for a large commercial business, with plenty more space for future development. We love the thoughtful landscaping and U-shape design of the buildings, too.

Unfinished Space to Contemporary Coffeehouse

What a transformation this is! We love the potential of an unfinished commercial space; it’s so much fun to imagine what it could be. Like an airy coffeehouse decorated in a contemporary style. Picture catching up with friends here or working remotely while sipping an iced latte.

Commercial Virtual Staging

Industrial Chic Dining

This empty commercial space has great potential as a restaurant! Virtual staging is all about working with the property’s existing finishes and styling in a complementary way. We mixed wood and metal seating to suit the industrial-style ceiling and elevated everything with leather bar stools and marble countertops.

Endless Creative Potential

We used a simple setup with this vacant room to demonstrate how virtual staging unlocks the hidden potential of even the most unassuming spaces. A comfortable workstation, complete with a computer monitor, professional photography backdrop, and lighting equipment, is perfect for photographers, artists, and other creative professionals.

Maximizing Warehouse Space

Virtual staging is also a great way to determine and showcase how much capacity a warehouse for sale (or rent) has. When it comes to businesses with storage needs like this, organization and efficiency are vital. We love being a part of projects that help other businesses envision their full potential!

Reimagining the Workplace

Gone are the days of endless cubicles! This is one of our favorite setups for an office or co-working space, with modern, comfortable desks and chairs and a relaxing lounge area. Whether it’s a guest, client, or employee, who wouldn’t want to come to this office?

Residential Virtual Remodeling

Outdated to Modern Dream

The virtual transformation here makes this residential home unrecognizable! We especially love the updated take on the stairs, using glass to open the space up more. You wouldn’t know by looking at photos that this house is older than it appears. This could change the minds of potential buyers unsure about making an offer!

In Progress to Move-In Ready

Sometimes, a home goes on the market before it’s finished. Virtual remodeling helps potential buyers to envision what it will be like when it’s move-in ready. These are some of our favorites because they’re so fun to build out. Whether it’s our client’s specs or our designs, we love bringing it all to life!

The Ultimate Backyard

What a transformation from a nice but plain lawn to the ultimate backyard experience. The appeal of this home just went up tenfold! We also love a good sunset edit, showcasing how the house can look on a gorgeous evening. Who’s ready for a pool party? We certainly are!

All About the Natural Light

Tall, bright windows are a fantastic feature of this house, so we used understated luxury for the furniture and decor so as not to distract too much. The neutral color palette and wood accents tie together the split-level dining and living room, while the abstract artwork adds color and warmth.

A Classical (Virtual) Stage

This was another fun virtual staging project for us! The piano deserves its own moment, centered in the room as a functional piece and beautiful display. It also fits with the more traditional style of the home, aligning with what potential buyers of this home would be looking for.

The Art of Balance

Sometimes, furnishing large, open spaces can be daunting. It’s tempting to stuff the space with oversized sofas and large tables, but this can often lead to a cluttered and overwhelming feel. Our virtual staging demonstrates how to fill the space with intention, creating a balanced and aesthetically pleasing result.

A Serene Retreat

What a beautiful bedroom! The vacant space felt light and airy, so we kept that theme with a neutral color palette and clean lines. Adding elements like a warm blanket, artwork, and greenery give it a cozy, homey feel. What potential buyer wouldn’t want to relax in this primary suite?

Every Detail Matters

This is a beautiful blank canvas just waiting for the perfect furniture and decor! Light-toned wood and cream furniture complement the openness of the space, and we even virtually staged the room adjacent to the kitchen as a functional laundry room. Not one detail is missed to show interested buyers the potential this property has as their home.
