We offer a variety of add-on services that are available with our standard virtual staging service. Here is what’s included with each service and how they can take your real estate listing photos to the next level.

Basic Editing

You can book our Basic Editing services at no additional charge with every order. This includes adjusting the lighting, white balance, and coloring of all images, as well as adding green grass and blue sky to all exterior images. We also adjust the perspective, if needed, to straighten out crooked or angled images. These are simple enhancements with a big impact, creating a stronger contrast that’s more likely to draw the viewer’s eye.

Item Removal

For properties with cluttered rooms, try our Item Removal add-on service for just $9 per image. We will digitally remove clutter, trash, wires, or any small items that distract from the photo before staging it with new furniture. Potential buyers can more easily see and admire the property’s features rather than the excess mess. We can also remove decor and artwork that just don’t fit the design theme of the property.

Furniture Removal

Properties with existing furniture can benefit from our Furniture Removal add-on service at $19 per image. We completely remove all furniture, decor, and personal items from the photo before staging it with new furniture. This works great for outdated or clunky furniture that we can replace with thoughtfully designed pieces that better complement the space. Even a nicely staged room can benefit from this service if you’re interested in targeting different demographics with different staging styles.
